  • HIGHER TENSILE & IMPACT STRENGTH: Our Forged CTC Segments are highly wear resistant & ensures retention of tooth sharpness for longer periods with consequent longer life for segments. Higher impact strength prevents damage to the teeth by unwanted particles with withered leaf.

  • ZERO INTERNAL DEFECT: Our Forged CTC Segments are free from all sorts of internal flaws of metallurgical structure and have a uniform radial grain flow ensuring minimum loss of metal during re-sharpening.

  • BETTER THE SEGMENTS - MORE THE TEA PROCESSED: The planters who believe in cost effectiveness without compromising on the quality have always put their trust in our Segments. No wonder the best CTC tea manufacturers have always asked for our Segments repeatedly.

  • PIN HOLE & PIN FOR PEGGING: Segments are normally supplied with plain faces but can also be supplied with jig drilled pin holes & pins at an extra cost. Normally 1/4"(6mm) pins are supplied but 5/6"(8mm) or 3/8"(10mm) pins can also be supplied as per requirements. Pins are of equal quality as of the rolling elements of bearings.
